Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting prospective candidates and sharing information about job opportunities
  • Answering candidate queries related to job roles, application processes, and the company's services
  • Understanding candidate requirements and helping them apply for suitable job roles
  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure it is accurate and organized
  • Processing job applications and ensuring smooth onboarding for candidates
  • Handling any candidate grievances or concerns with professionalism
  • Meeting recruitment goals by proactively following up and closing candidate applications
  • Keeping detailed records of calls, interactions, and candidate information

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required—freshers are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
  • A positive attitude with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand candidates' needs
  • Any graduate degree is eligible
