Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai and Coimbatore for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, and offering solutions that align with their needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting field visits, presenting technical solutions, and facilitating the sales process. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to support product delivery and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Strong Technical Support skills for assisting clients in product implementation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering presentations.
- Proven experience in Sales to meet and exceed targets effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges.
- Engineering degree or diploma and prior experience in a related field is advantageous.
