Job Title: HR Intern

Location: dwaraka pride, hitech city

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: paid (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Maintain and update HR databases and employee records

Support onboarding and induction processes

Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings

Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR projects

Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
