MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Intern - People Office. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support HR operations and initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes assisting with onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee data, supporting HR programs, and contributing to efforts that enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Qualification : Masters's Degree in Human Resource
  • Internship Duration : 6 Months Full Time (In Office)
  • Location : Hyderabad/Jaipur
  • Immediate Start Date required

Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing the employee life cycle
  • Helping the team in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process
  • Create reports and analyze data on HR processes when needed
  • Connecting with the employees on a regular basis and addressing any issues when needed
  • Update internal databases with new employee data and help the team with complete data management
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
  • Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, compliances, and best practices

  • Knowledge of Human Resource Functions
  • Knowledge of HR Operations Processes
  • Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Spreadsheets, Documents, presentations, etc)
  • Analytical mindset and learning approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines
  • The focus on data quality, building efficiencies, stakeholder communication, and collaboration is paramount.
  • Detail Oriented and ability to handle confidential information
