Job Description:

• The Tech-Media Executive will be responsible for managing the school's social media platforms, digital content creation, and basic IT support. The role combines creative communication with technical coordination, ensuring seamless digital engagement and smooth technological functioning across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Media & Communication
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Design posters, stories, and videos for events, celebrations, and achievements.
• Capture and edit photos/videos during school programs and activities.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and posts aligned with school branding.
• Maintain consistent digital communication across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Coordinate with school departments for event coverage and timely updates.
• Track analytics and engagement reports monthly.
• Technology & IT Support
• Provide basic troubleshooting for systems, projectors, and classroom devices.
• Coordinate with the IT vendor or service team for maintenance and updates.
• Support staff in digital tools (email, SkoolBeep, online forms, presentations).
• Manage minor software installations, printing/scanning setups, and networking needs.
• Assist during school events with audio-visual setup and live coverage.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong photography and video editing skills (mobile or DSLR).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Time management, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Team coordination and event-based flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Media, or Communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT or digital media handling (freshers with strong skills may apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
