Job Role: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales and business development process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (Bachelors degree in any field).
  • Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar process is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal and written communication with a minimum Versant score of 6.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be open to working in rotational shifts (any 9 hours between 8 AM to 8 PM).

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timings: Any 9-hour rotational shift between 8 AM and 8 PM.
  • Week Off: 1 rotational week off per week.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Up to 40 CTC (as per experience and interview performance).
