Key Responsibilitie
s:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Present the company's products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Pitch products/services effectively to prospects
  • Manage sales pipeline and track progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • Edu-tech sector (K9-K12) sales Experience required
  • English & Telugu candidate mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
