Huntsman Corporations Credit Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Treasury and Credit organization as a Senior Credit Manager EAMEI. In this role, you will support three divisions in overseeing credit management and the collection of trade debts. The portfolio includes over thousands of customers, ranging from standalone enterprises to large multinational companies.

As a Senior Credit Manager EAMEI, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of credit professionals supporting all divisions across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
• Overseeing credit exposure, ensuring effective trade debt collection, and supporting credit risk assessments.
• Ensuring all credit operations in EAMEI comply with global policies and standards, while remaining cost-effective and value-adding to the business.
• Balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution, managing both detailed tasks and high-level objectives.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency within the team.
• Promoting the adoption of technology, creating an environment where people and digital tools work seamlessly together.
• Collaborating with business divisions to raise awareness of credit management goals and proactively resolve customer issues.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer service, and legal to support shared business objectives.
• Providing regular management reporting on team performance and progress against defined KPIs.
• Supporting staff growth through targeted training and development initiatives.

We are looking for experienced candidates with great analytical skills and a track record of leadership.

What we are looking for:

• A masters degree in finance or accounting, providing a strong academic foundation for financial decision-making.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Practical experience in working with credit agency reporting and interpreting external credit data.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus.
• Proficiency in SAP; SAP FSCM and SAP Hana experience is a plus.
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, Celonis, or Robotics is considered a plus.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering on key responsibilities in credit management and team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with in-depth experience in financial statement analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including previous experience managing and developing teams.
