Job Title: Manager HR & Administration
Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (full time work from office position)
Qualification: B. Com, DBM or MBA-Human Resources from a Reputed Institute
Experience: 4+ years' in managing Human Resource and Administration functions in a small or mid-sized service industry.
Reporting To: Founder & CEO
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's vision, ensuring a positive work culture, talent management, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong business acumen, employee-first mindset, and ability to drive change in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Creation of Organization Structure and Job Descriptions
- Creating an employee handbook
- Talent hunt, selection & recruitment of talent
- Employee Induction & Basic Orientation
- Designing a formal appraisal system & implementing it
- Implementation of best practices
- Hosting of monthly, quarterly and annual office meetings – Lex Visas Development Programs
- Implementing Theme of the Quarter Programs
- Innovate compensation, benefits & incentive package as per market practices and government allowances/regulations
- Identification & Implementation of group activities or New Initiatives that would improve the work culture and productivity
ADMINISTRATION
- House-keeping
- Repair & maintenance including equipment, company vehicles, telecom & other utilities
- Manage travel & stay requirements
- Ensure office discipline & office security
- Source stationery & other office purchases
- Any required legal coordination
Key Skills & Other Traits:
- Good communication & PR skills
- A good team player who is disciplined, punctual, honest & mature
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
