Compensation:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: 50% commission on every client served (no upper limit)
• Payout: You receive either the commission amount or the base salary — whichever is higher each month

• Health Coach → Senior Coach (lead client strategy, mentor new coaches)
• Senior Coach → Coaching Lead (own the full coaching function)

Role Overview

As a Health Coach at Fit Buddy, you will guide users in improving their fitness through simple, actionable daily advice.

You'll support clients with both basic nutrition and workout planning, while focusing heavily on motivation, habit tracking, and accountability.

This is not a gym-training role and not a clinical dietician role — it's a hybrid coaching position.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1-on-1 Coaching on Chat

• Conduct chat-based consultations with users (30-minute sessions).
• Answer questions on diet, workouts, recovery, and lifestyle.
• Provide clear, personalised guidance without overwhelming the user.

2. Create Plans

• Prepare basic customised nutrition plans (non-clinical).
• Prepare beginner-intermediate workout routines (home or gym).
• Adjust plans weekly based on user progress.

3. Habit + Accountability Support

• Daily check-ins and progress tracking for assigned clients.
• Motivate users when they slip, encourage consistency.
• Help users build long-term sustainable habits.

4. User Retention & Experience

• Ensure users have a smooth experience before, during, and after the consultation.
• Maintain high-quality communication and empathy.
• Improve repeat booking rates.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Keep records of user plans and progress.
• Share feedback to improve Fit Buddy's coaching playbooks.

Required Skills

• Strong written communication (chat-first role)
• Basic understanding of nutrition
• Basic understanding of strength training & fitness
• Empathy + patience
• Comfortable with fast-moving startup environment

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience coaching clients (even informally)
• Personal fitness transformation story
• Social media presence related to fitness
• Knowledge of PCOS, thyroid, diabetes basics (non-clinical)

Work Schedule

• Weekly Off: Thursday (rest of the days will be working days)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Peak Coaching Hours:
• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Flexibility: Occasional evening sessions may be required during high-demand hours.
• Mode: On-site
