As a freelance coach, you help us scale accessible, personalised fitness support across India.

Ideal Candidate

  • Wants to earn flexibly while coaching from home.
  • Enjoys helping people through clear, supportive communication.
  • Prefers doing high-quality, meaningful sessions rather than chasing hourly shifts.
  • Learns fast and stays curious about fitness, nutrition, and behaviour change.
  • Takes ownership of client results and consistency.
  • Has basic knowledge of workouts and nutrition (no formal certification required).

Compensation:

  • ₹300 per completed 30-minute session
  • No minimum or maximum limit — earn as many sessions as you take
  • Daily payouts

Role Overview

As a Freelance Health Coach at Fit Buddy, you will conduct 30-minute chat-based consultations to help users with:

  • simple, personalised diet advice
  • basic workout guidance
  • habit-building and accountability
  • lifestyle improvements that are realistic and sustainable

This is not a gym-training role and not a clinical dietician role.

It's a hybrid coaching position focused on practicality, empathy, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1-on-1 Chat Consultations

  • Conduct 30-minute paid sessions with users.
  • Answer questions on diet, workouts, recovery, and routine.
  • Guide users in a simple, actionable manner.

2. Create Simple Plans (Optional)

  • Provide basic nutrition or workout guidance during or after sessions.
  • Adjust advice based on the user's lifestyle.

3. Habit & Accountability Mindset

  • Help users stay consistent by simplifying next steps.
  • Encourage small wins rather than overwhelming instructions.

4. User Experience

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Keep users satisfied and increase repeat sessions.

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication
  • Basic understanding of nutrition
  • Basic understanding of strength training / workouts
  • Empathy, patience, and non-judgmental coaching style
  • Comfortable working independently

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional)

  • Experience coaching clients (even informally)
  • Personal fitness journey
  • Knowledge of conditions like thyroid, PCOS, diabetes (general guidance)
  • Social media presence in fitness

Work Schedule

  • Fully Remote — Work From Home
  • Flexible Hours: Choose your own session availability
  • No fixed schedule required
  • You accept sessions based on your convenience and bandwidth (though it is advised to be available during peak coaching hours to get maximum client inflow)
  • Peak Coaching Hours:
  • 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
