K Raheja corp , is hiring for Quality Assurance incumbent to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the QA/QC system at the project site in line with company policies and ISO standards.
  • Review and approve quality documents such as Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Checklists.
  • Conduct inspections for all incoming materials, ongoing site works, and finished activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Verify and maintain records of material test reports, calibration certificates, and quality documentation.
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
  • Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, and Contractor teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct site quality audits, internal inspections, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure that construction work meets IS codes, design intent, and client/consultant requirements.
  • Train site engineers and supervisors on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain proper documentation for all QA-related activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and laboratories for material testing and approvals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of construction quality standards, IS codes, and QA/QC practices.
  • Knowledge of materials testing procedures (concrete, steel, waterproofing, finishes, etc.).
  • Good documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure adherence to quality parameters.
  • Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 812 years in QA/QC function for large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
