Job Summary:

The Manager – Finance will oversee the financial health of the organization, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role involves working closely with leadership to support strategic decisions and ensure robust financial controls and governance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including payables, receivables, banking, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting; track performance against budget and highlight variances.business.
  • Analyze costs, margins, and profitability; recommend actions for cost control and profit improvement.
  • Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; ensure timely closure of audits and accurate documentation.
  • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, HR, etc.) to provide financial insights for business decisions.business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; professional qualifications like CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/financial systems.​
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
