Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The Architect will be responsible for developing innovative designs, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring projects comply with safety, functionality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are followed.
- Suggest sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
- Keep updated with modern design trends, construction methods, and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
