Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform demand forecasting for the products (SKUs) in consultation with BD/Sales & responsible for monthly & quarterly demand plan to ensure a consistent and timely supply.

  • Identify potential risks or disruptions in the supply (e.g., supply delays, production issues, artwork, regulatory changes) and develop contingency plans.

  • Work closely with the BD and NPL teams to incorporate new product launches into the demand plan.

  • Close coordination with PPIC & Purchase team to finalize monthly & quarterly manufacturing & dispatch plan.

  • Continuously monitor and adjust demand forecasts to account for demand fluctuations and changes in customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPIC, regulatory, Purchase, manufacturing, QA and BD to align smooth supply of products to the market.

  • Proficiency in sale order punching and update orderbook.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support inventory levels and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

  • Identify opportunities for improving forecasting accuracy, inventory management and support to supply chain processes.

  • Work proactively to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the supply chain that could impact product availability into the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, product launches, supply chain management, project management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes, including manufacturing operations, inventory management, and distribution.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in commercial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, INFLOW, Excel, data analytics platforms).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
