We are hiring an on-site SEO specialist to drive organic visibility, technical performance, and demand generation for product and service pages.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end SEO for IT-services web properties: perform on-page optimization, metadata updates, content optimization, and URL/architecture improvements to increase organic rankings and CTR.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits using tools and crawl data; identify and prioritize fixes for site speed, indexability, crawl errors, canonicalization, and mobile issues.
  • Lead keyword research and search intent mapping for service pages, blog content, and landing pages; develop content briefs and optimization recommendations for content teams.
  • Manage SEO implementation in the CMS (WordPress/Headless CMS): create and publish SEO-friendly pages, manage redirects, schema, and on-page tagging with development support.
  • Drive off-page SEO and link-building campaigns focused on relevant industry domains and partnerships; coordinate outreach and monitor backlink quality.
  • Monitor performance and deliver weekly/monthly SEO reports (traffic, rankings, conversions); translate insights into tactical roadmaps and A/B test ideas.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with IT services, B2B SaaS, or technology websites.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits.
  • Experience using SEMrush (or equivalent) for keyword tracking, competitive analysis, and site audits.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or headless CMS) and basic HTML/CSS for implementation and QA.

Preferred

  • Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb for deep crawl and link analysis.
  • Knowledge of structured data (JSON-LD / ) and PageSpeed performance optimisation techniques.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or other relevant SEO/analytics certifications.
