About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing sector focused on driving measurable organic growth for B2B and B2C customers. We deliver scalable SEO, content, and technical solutions that increase organic traffic, improve conversions, and boost search rankings across competitive verticals. This is an on-site role based in India, ideal for hands-on practitioners who thrive on data-driven SEO execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end on-page SEO: optimize title/meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure, and image SEO to improve relevance and CTR.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and fixes—crawl analysis, indexability, XML sitemaps, , canonicalization, structured data (schema), and mobile usability.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to build topic clusters, map keywords to pages, and inform content briefs for writers and product teams.
  • Plan and run off-page strategies: backlink prospecting, outreach, partnerships, and digital PR to strengthen domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools—track rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversion funnels, and technical KPIs; translate insights into action.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and product teams to implement SEO best practices, maintain SEO documentation, and support release QA.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with demonstrable results in organic traffic and ranking improvements.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and one or more SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Proven ability to perform technical audits and recommend implementations (crawl issues, redirects, schema, site speed).
  • Strong keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO skills; familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.

Preferred

  • Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or large-scale site migrations and international SEO.
  • Exposure to CRO, A/B testing, and building SEO reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or similar).
