  • Build end‑to‑end MVPs: architecture, frontend, backend, DB, auth, payments, and deployment
  • Integrate AI features: OpenAI/Claude via LangChain, prompt pipelines, evaluation, and guardrails
  • Own quality and performance: accessibility, Core Web Vitals, error handling, and analytics
  • Collaborate directly with founders: clarify scope, define success metrics, and iterate fast
  • Ship reliably: break down scope, manage tradeoffs, and deliver working software on time
  • Contribute to our playbook: internal tooling, reusable components, and best practices

Tech you'll work with

  • Frontend: 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4
  • Backend: , PostgreSQL, Redis, Supabase/Firebase
  • AI: OpenAI GPT‑4, Claude 3, LangChain, custom AI workflows

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years building production apps end‑to‑end with and
  • Strong TypeScript fundamentals and API design (REST/GraphQL), auth, and payments
  • Solid database design and query performance with PostgreSQL (ORM experience a plus)
  • Experience integrating third‑party APIs and AI services (OpenAI/Claude/LangChain)
  • Product mindset: bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity, crisp communication with non‑technical founders
  • Ownership: you plan, make tradeoffs, and deliver under tight timelines

Nice to have

  • React Native and mobile release pipelines
  • Prisma, , Stripe subscriptions, webhooks
  • Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
  • SEO and performance chops for marketing sites/apps
  • Playwright/Puppeteer automations; scraping/data workflows
