Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React Native & PHP)

Position: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native and PHP. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable mobile and web applications, managing APIs, and working across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
  • Build and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using PHP (preferably Laravel or CodeIgniter).
  • Collaborate with front-end and backend teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) for data storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Mobile Development: Strong experience with React Native (iOS and Android apps).
  • Backend Development: Solid experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony).
  • Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional).
  • Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Docker or containerization tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
