Role Description : Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers. Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems.
  • Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and production.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.
  • Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Database Knowledge : Experience with relational databases such as Sql Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Tools : Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
