Position Overview:

The Concur Expense Module Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP Concur Expense system. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, supports integrations with ERP systems, and provides technical and functional support to end-users globally.

You'll make a difference by:

• Configure and maintain Concur Expense module settings, including expense types, workflows, and audit rules.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions within the system.
• Implement and enforce corporate travel and expense policies through system configurations.
• Coordinate with IT teams for ERP integrations and data synchronization (cost centers, GL accounts, employee data).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to SAP Concur support when necessary.
• Generate and analyze expense reports for compliance and cost optimization.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for employees and approvers.
• Test and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST) and manage per diem configurations.
• Collaborate with finance and audit teams for reporting and policy adherence.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3years–5 years of experience in SAP Concur Expense administration or similar T&E systems.
• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP Concur reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
