raft, review, and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure alignment and compliance meet all prime contract requirements and flow down to sub-contracts

rack contract performance, ensuring all milestones are achieved and manage renewals and extensions

ollaborate closely with finance, and Project management teams to resolve contract related issues

anage contract documentation and maintain an organized contract repository

upport and lead RFx process for various project goods and services.

upplier Relationship Management

uild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors

valuate supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality deliverables

nsure Subcontractors and suppliers are paid as per contractual payment terms.

o-ordination with Project Team & Accounts Payable Team

ollaborate with project managers and teams to monitor project-related expenses

rovide procurement support and training to project team
C

oordinating with AP team for timely processing and payment of vendor's invoices.

nsure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

upport in Procurement internal projects audits.

o-ordinate the day-to-day assignment of requests received from Project team

tilize analytics and forecasting tools to proactively address project needs, improve procurement processes and decision-making.

aintain and update procurement records in Oracle, ensuring data integrity and accessibility

rive industry based best practices in procurement activities.

xcellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
