Role OverviewAs a Risk Analyst, you will: Support monthly portfolio analysis using vendor models Design and maintain data systems & databases Assist in catastrophe event response & portfolio optimization Develop processes for reinsurance calculations and net retentions Mine and reorganize data from multiple sources Automate and prepare monthly statistical reports

Statistical Skills Needed Probability: PDF, CDF, Mean, Median, Mode, SD Monte Carlo simulations Extreme Value Theory Central Limit Theorem, VaR, TVaR

Preferred Background Actuarial Science (3+ papers) M.Sc. – Statistics, M.A. – Economics, Finance, FRM, CFA

Prior experience in catastrophe portfolio modelling / reinsurance treaty modelling is a plus
