The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring that all engineering or IT activities align with the companys strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and deep technical expertise to guide teams through complex projects, resolve technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, developers, or IT professionals.
  • Coordinate technical projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Define technical strategies and ensure best practices and standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, Design, and Operations.
  • Review and approve architectural and design decisions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve processes and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strong background in [insert relevant technical skills, e.g., software development, systems architecture, network administration].
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
