We are seeking a
Test Automation Center Lead
to establish and manage a high-performing test automation team. This role involves defining strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with global testing initiatives while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

What you will do

Team Management

  • Set up and lead the
    Test Automation Center Team
    , including infrastructure, tools, and processes.
  • Manage a team of
    Test Architects, Automation Lead Engineers, AI Engineers, and Lab Operations personnel
    .
  • Handle resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to local vendor management.

Test Initiatives

  • Drive
    Proof of Concepts (POCs)
    for emerging test initiatives and technologies.
  • Act as the local representative for global test automation projects implemented at the Hyderabad site.
  • Enable on-site teams by supporting supplier selection and resolving local challenges.

Test Strategy

  • Work closely with the
    Principal Test Engineer
    to align with overall test architecture and strategy.
  • Organize and lead the
    Test Chapter
    , promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to shaping and stabilizing global and project-specific test strategies.

What you bring

Education & Experience

  • University degree in
    Information Technology / Computer Science
    or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and testing.
  • Deep knowledge of
    software testing, test architecture, and test automation
    .
  • Proven ability to
    lead and manage teams
    .

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in testing and AI-driven automation.
  • Experience in vendor management and resource planning.

Personal Competencies

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
