Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Dropout) who possesses hands-on experience in Taxation, Audits, and SAP. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and practical exposure to statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and filing of Direct & Indirect Tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve audit queries in coordination with auditors.
  • Work extensively on SAP for accounting entries, financial reporting, and compliance-related activities.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Support management with MIS reports, financial analysis, and data validation.
  • Stay updated on changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Provide support in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong practical exposure in Taxation, Audits, and SAP (FI/CO preferred)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Taxation, Audits, and SAP
