What a typical day looks like:

Contract Management

  • Review and process contract renewals, ensuring compliance with financial and operational terms.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to validate contract clauses and pricing structures.
  • Maintain a centralized contract database and track renewal timelines to avoid lapses.

Project Review & Cost Analysis

  • Conduct financial reviews of ongoing and completed projects to assess budget adherence and cost efficiency.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to project managers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on project performance and financial impact.

Accounting & P&L Review

  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by reconciling cost data and validating entries.
  • Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and financial reporting.

Experience we are looking to add to our team :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • (3+ years) experience in cost analysis, financial planning, or contract management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
