Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Specialist role located in Chennai. The Project Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to project objectives, and preparing reports. The individual will also engage with customers, maintain excellent communication, and provide support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and build positive relationships
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess data, monitor progress, and solve complex challenges
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience or education in project management or a related field
  • Passion for social development and prior experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
