Position:
Senior Technical Lead / Engineering Manager – AI Product Builder

Experience:
7+ Years of experience into designing & development

CTC:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Notice Period:
Immediate to 30 days (Candidates with a shorter notice period are

preferred).

Mandatory Skills:

  • Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
  • Strong experience in React / Angular / Vue (Frontend)
  • Proficiency in / Python / Java / .NET (Backend)
  • Hands-on with REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL Databases, and Cloud Deployment (IBM / AWS /
  • Azure)
  • Experience in AI / Chatbot / LLM-based product development
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable SaaS / Enterprise applications

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to define requirements and contribute to product solutioning.
  • Architect and develop modular, scalable SaaS platforms integrated with IBM WatsonX.
  • Build and deploy AI-driven chatbots and business automation tools.
  • Manage small product squads, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and client teams to understand requirements and design
  • solutions.
  • Drive innovation, mentor engineers, and ensure best coding and DevOps practices.
  • Own product architecture, deployment, and performance optimization.
