We are looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect for tech division inside SixPL, and we're looking for a Tech Lead / Solution Architect who can turn abstract business problems into crisp, buildable solutions. Somebody who doesn't just write code, but designs systems; someone who brings structure where others bring confusion.

If you can convert requirements into architecture diagrams, estimate timelines without flinching, lead developers, and still enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed — this role is your arena.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & System Design

  • Design scalable and secure system architectures (web apps, AI tools, CRM integrations, SaaS modules).
  • Break down business requirements into technical blueprints (ERDs, APIs, workflows, sprint plans).
  • Select the right tech stack to balance speed, flexibility, and long-term stability.

2. Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor developers (full-stack, automation engineers, AI specialists).
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure development quality.
  • Solve technical bottlenecks with elegant, practical solutions.

3. Client & Project Interface

  • Join client calls to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Prepare solution architecture documents, timelines, and estimations.
  • Ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with stability.

4. Product & Innovation

  • Conceptualize internal tools and micro-SaaS products.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven automation, custom GPT workflows, and integrations.
  • Build reusable modules to accelerate future projects.

5. Ownership & Delivery

  • End-to-end oversight from architecture to deployment.
  • Work closely with PMs to structure sprints and deliver smooth releases.
  • Ensure systems are maintainable, future-proof, and cost-efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–12 years of hands-on technical experience, including architecture decisions.
  • Strong in one of these stacks:
  • Node + React / Next
  • Python + FastAPI / Django
  • PHP + Laravel
  • High-level understanding of:
  • Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
  • API architecture
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean)
  • Queues, caching, microservices
  • Security best practices
  • Experience building either SaaS, large web apps, enterprise integrations, or automation-heavy systems.
  • Ability to lead a team and handle client-facing discussions.
