Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized fresher for the role of Documents Executive. This role involves handling documentation tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal teams with records and reporting. A strong command of mathematics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and manage various business documents (e.g., invoices, shipment records, reports).
Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems.
Use Excel functions to perform calculations, generate reports, and track data.
Maintain organized records of all documentation and ensure proper filing (physical and digital).
Coordinate with internal departments (such as accounts, logistics, and procurement) to gather and verify data.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits, shipments, or regulatory requirements.
Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel tools like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Familiarity with documentation in logistics, import/export, or finance.
Knowledge of document management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
