Civil Quality:

Having expericence in Pre Engineered Buidlings and Interior finsihing works.

Core Competencies Quality Assurance & Control Development and implementation of QA/QC procedures for civil works Conducting inspections and audits for PEB structures and interior finishes

Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project specifications Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) Inspection of structural steel fabrication and erection Monitoring bolt tightening, welding, and alignment processes Coordination with design and fabrication teams for quality compliance

Sheeting Works Quality checks for roofing and cladding installations Verification of material specifications and installation techniques Ensuring weatherproofing and aesthetic standards Interior Finishings Inspection of flooring, ceiling, partition, and painting works Coordination with MEP teams for integrated finishings Ensuring high-quality workmanship and material usage

Documentation & Reports preparation of inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans

Maintaining quality records and test certificates Liaising with clients and consultants for approvals
