Position: Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead Strategic Elicitation: Lead and facilitate advanced discovery sessions with C-level executives and key stakeholders. You will challenge assumptions, identify underlying business needs, and propose innovative, strategic solutions that drive business value.
  • Advanced Documentation & Modeling: Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for complex enterprise projects. Your expertise will be used to create sophisticated visual diagrams using UML, BPMN, and other modeling notations, as well as high-fidelity wireframes that clearly communicate system architecture.
  • Advisory & Consulting Role: Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging deep industry knowledge to provide expert technical and functional advice to both clients and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between multiple business units and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication. A key part of your role is to mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, helping to elevate the team's overall skill set.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain best practices for requirements gathering and analysis, and create comprehensive documentation for complex, large-scale applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale software development projects.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, including non-technical executives.
  • Mastery of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: In-depth expertise in UML, BPMN, flow charts, and process flow diagrams. Proficiency with advanced wire-framing and prototyping tools is essential.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated experience in leading projects, managing stakeholders, and mentoring team members.
