Job Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst at the fresher position level, located in Mysuru. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes within the company. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is mandatory for this role. (Mandatory skill) Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to interpret complex datasets effectively. Ability to use R for statistical analysis and creating predictive models to provide valuable business insights. Experience with Google Analytics to track and report on digital marketing performance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities to suggest operational improvements based on data-driven insights. Effective communication skills to translate data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being a keen learner who adapts quickly to dynamic situations. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze large sets of data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies. Collaborate with different departments to identify business needs and deliver accurate data analysis reports. Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using data visualization tools to track key metrics. Develop automated data processes to improve efficiency in data collection and analysis functions. Assist in creating predictive models using historical and real-time data to forecast industry trends. Manage data integrity and quality by conducting regular updates and data cleaning activities. Provide support and training to team members in data analysis tools and techniques as needed. Identify areas for improvement in current business processes and propose solutions based on data-driven insights.
