Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and people skills to attract and retain top talent aligned with the company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and role specifications.
- Use various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical or managerial rounds.
- Handle onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracking system.
- Manage employee referrals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as a great place to work.
- Generate and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
