Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to lead the functional and technical analysis, configuration, and maintenance of our supply chain applications dedicated to transportation management (Oracle Transportation Management). The ideal candidate will have a passion for Supply Chain and the ability to mentor and guide junior members of his team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Solution and Integration architects, other SC teams) to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Good understanding of transportation management processes and logistics operations across multiple modes (LTL, FTL, Rail, Ocean, Air).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Proven experience in OTM configurations, automation agents, business rules, screen set management, as well as in BI Publisher, XML, XSL, Web Services, and Rest API. VBA scripting (excel macro) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experienced with architectural concepts like event driven design, DDD, TDD and microservices.
  • Advanced level of English (writing + speaking).
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle OTM or related technologies are a plus.
  • Willingness to grow and increase responsibilities
