Job Summary:

SKA Group is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator with 5–8 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities across all online platforms. The role involves coordination with multiple agencies, campaign planning, social media content direction, and performance analysis. Candidates who can share a portfolio, Instagram page, or any personally managed social media work will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with PG agencies, creative agencies, lead generation agencies, outdoor advertising vendors, publishing partners, and newspapers.

  • Manage briefs, follow-ups, timelines, and smooth communication between internal teams and vendors.

  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.

  • Track agency performance and maintain execution quality.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute monthly social media campaigns (especially Instagram).

  • Direct creative concepts for posts, stories, and reels.

  • Oversee content calendars, approvals, scheduling, and posting.

  • Analyze insights and performance metrics to optimize engagement and lead generation.

3. Creative Direction & Content Development

  • Guide designers and creative teams for high-quality visuals and messaging.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely project updates and real estate content.

  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital platforms.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance, leads, and ROI.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.

  • Provide actionable insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media ads, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.

  • Experience working with design tools (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
