Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Infopark- Kochi, Kerala. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for backup and recovery processes, as well as routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Experience with monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Strong understanding of network security and protocols
  • Ability to provide technical support and guidance to staff
  • Experience with backup and recovery processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
