Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for Onkar Sakhar Karkhana Pvt. Ltd. 3–5 years of experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in manufacturing). The role involves vendor management, material sourcing, price negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services required for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for required materials, machinery, and services.

· Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records.

· Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production and maintenance schedules.

· Coordinate with the accounts and stores departments for invoice verification and material receipt.

· Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.

· Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

· Assist in preparing monthly purchase reports and cost analysis.

· Monitor inventory levels and reorder as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and email correspondence.

· Attention to detail with strong record-keeping ability.

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple vendors.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Management / Manufacturing Engineering or Related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in manufacturing).

· Knowledge of factory procurement norms will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹22000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
