Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Watch Designer
to create innovative and trend-forward designs for our premium timepiece collection. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical knowledge of watch design, and an understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.

Candidates with prior design experience for
Analog, Swatch, Fossil, or similar premium watch brands
will be given
preference
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design new watch collections in line with the brand's style and positioning.
  • Create detailed sketches, 2D/3D designs, and technical drawings for dials, cases, straps, and crowns.
  • Develop mood boards, material palettes, and trend concepts each season.
  • Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
  • Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and colors suitable for luxury watch design.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers for sample creation and final product execution.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging design trends.
  • Maintain design documentation, technical specs, and prototype records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Diploma in
    Product Design, Industrial Design, Jewelry Design, or Fashion Design.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in
    watch design
    or
    fashion accessory design
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, CorelDRAW, or CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of
    analog watch mechanics
    , materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Prior experience working on
    Analog, Swatch, Fossil, Titan
    , or other premium timepiece brands is
    highly preferred
    .
  • Excellent sense of form, color, proportion, and trend alignment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
