Job Title: Creative Designer for a new Strat up BeOsam Fashion Apparel Brand

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full Time , 6 days in a week (work from office)

Experience: 1 – 4 years (Preferably in a D2C Fashion brand)

Role Description

We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our young fashion apparel brand's creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and cohesive designs that reflect our brand's aesthetic and values. Your designs will be used across various platforms, including clothing, accessories, marketing materials, and digital channels.

*Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Development: Create innovative and stylish graphic designs for our fashion apparel brand, including prints, logos, typography, and patterns.

  2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand's visual identity and aesthetic.

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with our design team, product team, and marketing team to develop designs that meet business objectives.

  4. Design Direction: Provide creative direction and input on design-related projects, including photo shoots, campaigns, and social media content.

  5. Design Assets: Develop and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, icons, and graphics.

  6. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments.

*Required Skills:

  1. Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.

  2. Graphic Design: Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.

  3. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.

  4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.

  5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  6. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  7. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, particularly in the fashion industry.

*Must to Have:

  1. Fashion Design Experience: Experience working in the fashion industry or with fashion brands.

  2. Proficient in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

  3. Knowledge of Trend Forecasting: Understanding of trend forecasting and ability to incorporate trends into designs.

  4. Sustainable Design: Knowledge of sustainable design practices and ability to create eco-friendly designs.

  5. Digital Illustration: Skills in digital illustration and ability to create custom graphics.
