About the Role

AdLift is looking for a designer who loves turning data, ideas, and insights into engaging visuals. Someone who can take a dense research report, a performance marketing case study, or a social post and make it both stunning and simple.

If you enjoy designing for brands in the digital-first world and want your work to be seen by top CMOs, founders, and global audiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Work On

  • Designing research reports, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations for global marketing audiences.
  • Creating brochures, one-pagers, event collateral, and brand decks for AdLift, Tesseract, and ContentLift.
  • Crafting visually strong social media creatives that are clean, modern, and high-impact.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas, newsletters, and website content to life through great design.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints (AdLift + Tesseract + ContentLift).
  • Bringing fresh design ideas to research-heavy content without losing clarity or structure.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or communication designer.
  • Strong portfolio across reports, brochures, brand decks, social media, and infographics.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clean, visual storytelling.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, formatting, and data-visualization principles.
  • A sense of brand voice, aesthetic judgement, and attention to detail.
