Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site
role for a
Sales & Business Development Executive
. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting architects, PMCs, and clients, following up on leads, closing projects, and ensuring proper handover to the internal team. You'll work closely with the strategy and design teams to deliver solutions that are both functional and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMCs, and contractors
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active projects
  • Present product solutions, pricing, and technical capabilities
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and emails
  • Coordinate internally with design, procurement, and projects teams
  • Track client communication, project status, and payment milestones
  • Ensure proper handover documentation and SOP adherence
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and build a healthy project pipeline

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and business development roles
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior products, partitions, modular furniture, or architectural hardware
  • Strong network of architects, PMCs, and builders (required)
  • Understanding of B2B/interior contracting sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised
  • Based in Bangalore and willing to travel to client sites when required
  • Proficient in email communication and documentation tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research and trend analysis
