Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate patient bills for OP, IP, emergency, lab, and pharmacy services
  • Verify patient details, treatment charges, consultant fees, and service entries
  • Handle cash, card, UPI, and insurance billing.
  • Record daily cash/credit transactions and maintain accounts ledger
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements
  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, and purchase records
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements, collections, and expenses
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
  • Experience in hospital billing/accounts preferred
  • Knowledge of Hospital Management Software (HMS) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
