Job Title: Spare Parts Executive / Store Keeper

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage stock of automobile spare parts and consumables.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming parts and materials.
• Issue parts to technicians as per job card requirements.
• Update stock register and ERP / inventory software regularly.
• Maintain proper binning, labelling, and storage of parts.
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for parts procurement and billing.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving stock items.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the parts store.
• Handle customer enquiries and internal department requests for parts availability.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automobile parts and components.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel / Inventory software).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records accurately and manage stock efficiently.
• Team player with time management and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
