Position: DevOps & Project Manager
Experience Required: 5 Years (4–6 Years Preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Project Manager who can efficiently manage software projects while overseeing DevOps processes, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge in DevOps tools and practices, and proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
o Project Management
o Lead multiple software projects from initiation to successful delivery.
o Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Coordinate between development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution.
o Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
o Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
o Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and management.
o Maintain documentation for project plans, reports, and change requests.
o DevOps Management
o Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
o Manage and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
o Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
o Oversee deployment processes and ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.
o Manage Docker and Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.
o Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve system efficiency.
o Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
o Ensure compliance with security and best practices in all deployments.
Required Skills & Competencies
o 5 years of combined experience in DevOps engineering and IT project management.
o Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
o Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
o Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
o Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
o Familiarity with Linux administration, networking, and system security.
o Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
o Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
o Experience managing DevOps transformation projects.
o Knowledge of microservices architecture and API deployment pipelines.
o Background in both technical and managerial aspects of software delivery.
