Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Field Service Specialist. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting system inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Technical Support skills
  • Troubleshooting experience and knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the biotech industry is a plus
