This role will drive architectural decisions, align solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Review and optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability. Mentor development teams, conduct design/code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.

Lead deployment processes and oversee DevOps frameworks for Salesforce. Qualifications:8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations. Certifications: Salesforce Application/System Architect (or working toward CTA). Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce DevOps, and version control systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
