Position: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Pondicherry & Chennai

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage our large-scale construction projects including manufacturing plants and administration buildings (Greenfield and Brownfield projects). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents, prepare cost estimates and present proposals to management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and project documentation.
  • Lead site execution with contractors and independently manage sub-contractors.
  • Engage and coordinate with skilled workers and sub-contractors across various disciplines.
  • Ensure project delivery within timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.E. in Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil project management.
  • Strong background in estimation, tendering and site execution.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and attract reliable sub-contractors.
  • Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects (Greenfield and Brownfield projects) preferred.
