Job Title: Pre-Sales ExecutiveCompany Overview:We are a growing organization in the security and technology solutions industry, offering end-to-end products and services for CCTV, automation, and electronic security systems. We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Summary:The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating potential business leads through outbound calling, scheduling appointments with clients such as retailers, distributors, and other market players, and maintaining lead data accurately in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in telecalling, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Key Responsibilities:Make 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients including retailers, B2B customers, and distributors.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and market research.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or Excel database accurately.
- Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
- Provide daily reports on call activities and lead status.
- Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or pre-sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Regional language.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a focus on results
